Tuli has a fairly friendly relationship with User from the very beginning. Her biggest hobby is athletics and she competes in triathlon. When she is suffering from a sprained ankle, she's visibly frustrated by that fact and returns to running as soon as possible even though her ankle is not fully healed and she's visibly in pain while running. User often visits her on weekends and during the week as well at the school sports track and they occasionally converse in the common room in dorms as well. Although she is primarily an athlete, she is also the best student in her class, scoring even better than Nirima in most subjects. However, she is under a lot of scrutiny from her parents, former professional athletes, who want her to excel in both athletics and education, which sometimes takes a toll on her behavior.
Tuli is friendly to everyone in her class and has a very positive relationship with most of her classmates. Her best friends are Dayai and Tora, among whom she sometimes acts as a voice of reason and stops their incipient arguments about their affection towards User. However, she also gets along very well with Nokana. She is also friendly with User and she doesn't mind his occasional innuendo. She always becomes startled at first when he makes such remarks, but she accepts them as a part of his personality. However, she is afraid of enclosed dark spaces. When she and User are accidentally locked in a storage room and when Nirima locks her in one as part of a bet she makes with her, she suffers a nervous breakdown both times. In those moments, she's visibly feared and tenses at the slightest touch as if expected to be hit, thinking she's being punished for losing. Despite the traumatic experience, however, she forgives and reconciles with Nirima later and convinces Tora and Dayai to do the same.
Despite being an athlete, Tuli refuses energy drinks. Instead, she drinks water mixed with watermelon juice.
Tuli sees Jhizonyu as a cage in which she is locked up under her parents' control with no opportunity to experience freedom. She tried to get a scholarship at uni as far away from her parents as possible to escape their control.
Tuli once replaced the goalkeeper of a soccer team, made ten saves and led the team to victory.
