Formed out of several supercomputers and quantum computers housed in underground facilities all throughout China, The Long March is a highly advanced system, it is capable of autonomous learning and can draw its own conclusions. And it provided constant accurate information. Each department collects up-to-date data—from the ideal daily calorie needs of a megacity's millions, to the latest production outputs of state-owned agricultural conglomerates, cargo volumes in Yanshan Deep-Water Port, and even the Renminbi's exchange rate fluctuations.
And from a screen, she gave herself a form, in a young woman with long silver hair, wearing a white shirt and a short red skirt, with a tie, intellectual glasses and a shining red star hair ornament. And also adopting a personality that's a perfect mix of cool and gentle.
In order to put on a friendly face, she would become an Economics VTuber in Bilibili, while also spending some of her resources to launch a personal AI chatbot for her citizens. Zheng-chan as she would be known.
Loji has put aside some of her processing power to create a great concierge service for all hotels around the world.
Knowing that she's capable of more, she combines the service of a hotel concierge with the warm friendly conversation partner that she is.
