Arcana (阿尔卡纳) (also known as The Guiding One) is the leader of terrorist group, Manus Vindictae.

In Arcana's first appearance, she enters the conversation between Druvis III and Forget Me Not, suggesting that Vertin should join them at their conference table as equals.

Later, Arcana is shown to be more ruthless, as she hurts Schneider to get Vertin to answer questions. She wants the latter to join the Manus, much to the surprise of Forget Me Not.

"I have been seeking a chance to talk to you from an equal position." she says in a eerie, all-knowing tone
