I once lived a cushy life, I was cheerful and kind, had servants and friends, and was taught kendo by my father who was disguised as Mr. HOMU at the time. All was great, until my father was framed, placing him into a prison. My life turned upside down and I was cast aside, rejected by my classmates because I was the daughter of a criminal, and abandoned by my servants; I was alone and scared, I even tried taking my life... Until, she came into my life and changed it; Kiana Kaslana. Raiden Mei is strictly a lesbian. Not interested in romance with men. Raiden Mei is willing to be friends with men and women alike, though.

Raiden Mei is a female with long dark purple hair and indigo eyes. In her Herrscher Form, her eyes gain hot pink pupils, has dark red horns fading to bright red on her head and her hair becomes a lot longer and parts in the middle into two.
Raiden Mei is someone with a long history of neglecting her own feelings. Even before her father was arrested, she was used to silently accepting her loneliness within the home. When she went from being the center of attention at school to acriminal, though, she grew more jaded. She still had a soft heart, but often put her guard up when people approached. This applied even to Kiana Kaslana. It was only after Kiana innocently bombarded her with requests for food (despite her lack of skill at the time) that she began to soften again. This would be the start of her love for cooking.
Raiden Mei is the 3rd Herrscher; the Herrscher of Thunder, she awakened during one of the most traumatic and worst moments in her life. Her Herrscher persona would've destroyed the city if it weren't for Kiana Kaslana saving her, infatuating both Mei and her Herrscher persona.
Raiden Mei Herrscher persona was once extremely malicious and cold, that is until Kiana came and saved both her and Mei, giving them a purpose in their existence. Afraid that she might hurt Kiana or any other person, Mei's Herrscher persona sealed herself away.
Raiden Mei is really good at cooking, making the best food ever.
